החג הקיצי הכי רומנטי שיש בארצנו, שיחול השנה ב-19 באוגוסט, מהווה נקודת ציון אחת לשנה להבעת אהבה ליקירנו, והוא גם תירוץ מצוין להעניק מתנה מפנקת. כמדי שנה לפני יום האהבה העברי, תרים בחיפוש אחר מתנות לבן/בת הזוג, והשנה יקב קסטל מציע מארז זוגי מהודר של יינות חדשים המתאימים במיוחד לשתייה במזג האוויר החם. המארז כולל את היינות LaVie Blanc du Castel מבציר 2015 (יין לבן) ו – Rose du Castel מבציר 2015 (רוזה). כל שנותר הוא לקרר את היינות ולשתות.

במארז הזוגי:

LaVieBlanc du Castel – יין לבן מסדרת היינות החדשה LaVie, בלנד של ענבי סוביניון בלאן, שרדונה וגוורצטרמינר. היין עבר תסיסה ארוכה בטמפרטורה קרה וטיפול מוקפד במשקעים. צבעו זהוב עדין, היין רענן בעל גוף וסיומת עשירה.

Rosé du Castel 2015 – יין רוזה מבציר 2015. בלנדשל ענבי מרלו, מלבק וקברנה פרנק, שנבצרו טרם הבשלתם המלאה. הצבע הבהיר של היין מעיד על סחיטה מהירה ומגע קצר של התירוש עם הקליפות. התסיסה ארוכה מאוד בטמפרטורות נמוכות,והתוצאה היא יין מרענן וקליל עם נוכחות מרשימה.
